How will I be invoiced?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order has been taken and your receipt will be sent out to you with the goods.
Returns / Cancellations Policy?
To assist in the return of goods, it is essential to keep hold of boxes and packaging for as long as possible. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund of the purchase price. You must inform us of your reasons for returning goods in writing within 7 days, for full details of how to return your purchase please call 0800-781-7871. It is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and take responsible care and precautions when returning products to us to ensure the safe return of the goods. On receipt of the goods into our warehouse, the goods will be inspected by our warehouse/logistics department, after inspection if it is apparent that reasonable care of the equipment has not been taken, we reserve the right to levy a surcharge from the amount of the refund agreed. In the event of any accessories or instructions are missing, the company reserves the right to charge for replacement of these items.
No goods will be accepted for return without a signed returns authorisation document.
